Confirmation occurs on a first-come, first-served basis for available seats, with fee payment due within 7 days.
Age Criteria
Children must meet these minimum ages as of April 1 for the academic year: Nursery (2.5+ years), LKG (3+ years), UKG (4+ years), Grade 1 (5+ years), up to Grade 5 (10+ years). This aligns with Hyderabad norms for smooth transitions.

Confirmation of Admission
Once selected, parents will be informed, and admission can be confirmed upon fee payment and document verification.
Evaluation & Attendance
VMVPS follows a continuous and comprehensive evaluation pattern from Class I upwards, observing academic progress along with social and emotional growth across the year. Overall performance is shared with parents through periodic report cards, which are collected only by parents during notified meetings or PTMs. Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance to qualify for promotion, and are counselled when attendance falls short. Leave should be informed in advance (except in sudden illness), and long unexplained absence may lead to removal from rolls, with readmission at the Principal’s discretion and a medical certificate in case of prolonged illness.
House System & Leadership
To nurture healthy competition and teamwork, all students from Class I onwards are placed into one of four Houses, each represented by a distinct colour. They participate in academics, sports, and co-curricular events for their House, with rolling trophies and recognitions motivating excellence and all-round development.
Leadership roles such as house captains and class representatives give children opportunities to collaborate, solve problems, and practice responsible decision-making. Through these experiences, learners gradually strengthen their values and roots while growing into compassionate, confident citizens.
