At Vedhamudhra Vidya Public School, our academic program is designed to inspire curiosity, strengthen foundational skills, and encourage lifelong learning. We follow a child-centered approach that balances academic excellence with creativity, values, and real-world learning.
Teaching is child‑centred, discussion‑based and activity‑rich, encouraging children to question, explore and connect concepts to real life. Emphasis is placed on language proficiency, numeracy, scientific temper, critical thinking, communication, and social‑emotional learning.
Curriculum
From Playgroup to Grade V, the curriculum covers English, languages, mathematics, environmental studies, computer skills, general knowledge, arts, music, dance, yoga, life skills, HPE and SEWA. Learning is experiential, integrating projects, experiments, stories, art and technology to make concepts meaningful and memorable.

Playgroup to Grade 5
From Playgroup to Grade 5, VMVPS lays a strong, joyful foundation where every child’s curiosity and confidence are carefully nurtured. Early learners grow through exploration, music, movement, stories, and rich sensory activities, gradually transitioning into structured academics in the primary years without losing the joy of discovery.
Educational Tours
For older classes, longer educational tours within India are planned during vacations to explore history, culture, science, and civic life beyond Hyderabad. Such journeys strengthen independence, teamwork, and cultural appreciation while reinforcing academic learning in meaningful contexts.
Field Trips
Students regularly visit nearby places such as parks, community services, museums, and workplaces to connect classroom concepts with real-life experiences. These outings build observation, inquiry, and experimentation skills—the core of innovation-focused learning.
